Currency & Tax

All prices are in US dollars. Residents of California will need to add Sales Tax, and residents of the EU will need to add VAT. Tax is handled at the online shop.

End User License Agreemenet (EULA) for Non Freeware

You may use the software on as many personal systems as desired - if you represent a company or other organisation contact Mike Kreuzer about a site discount.
You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided you retain no copies.
You may not otherwise publish, market, distribute, sell or sublicense the software without express consent from Mike Kreuzer. You may freely duplicate and distribute software that I have labelled as a demo.
Common sense dictates that any software program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. While every precaution was taken to produce bug free code, you use the software at your own risk. Mike Kreuzer will not be liable for data loss, damages, or loss of profits while using the software.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, where the software was created.

Least Developed Country Discount

My wares are available at a substantial discount in those countries classified by the UN as the least developed (LDCs).

Privacy Policy

Customers
I will not track or collect any information about you, your data, or your use of software except as you specifically authorise. I do not develop or release any software that implements "adware", "spyware", or software that secretly transmits any information to me, or to others.

The information I do collect from customers is not shared with any other organisations for commercial purposes.

If you supply me with your e mail or postal address you will only receive the information or material for which you provided your address.

Customers can access all information, including proprietary information, that I maintain about them by e mailing me. I offer customers the ability to have any inaccuracies in that information corrected.

Web Browsers
This site uses the services of Google Adsense to display ads. To do this, Google Adsense collects anonymous data typically through the use of cookies. To learn more about Google's privacy policy, go to www.google.com/privacy.html.
