Freeware License
Unless otherwise noted, the MIT/Expat License reproduced below governs the use and distribution of my freeware. Not all of my freeware is released as open source, but over time I expect the percentage that is to grow. See each project's web page for details.
See the Terms page for the license (EULA) that I use for my games.
Where source code is provided the MIT/Expat license is approved by the Open Source Initiative, and is fully compatible with the GNU licenses; but the license is free of any viral copy-left restrictions, and is thus also fully compatible with commercial projects.
Please contect me if you're interested in using one of my freeware projects and have licensing concerns.
